Requirements: Age 18yrs. old to start as a mover Age 21yrs. old to drive (insurance requirements) (additional pay for Class A CDL) Able to lift over 100lbs. over head multiple times a day Walk backwards while carrying items on stair Ability to work long hours with limited breaks 12-16hrs. Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot-cold-raining) Meet Brand Requirements: (below #1 #2 #3 #4) 1. Pass Background Check Per TXDMV standards 2. Hair Neat & kept off shoulders 3.No smoking including e-cigs (on company time or during brand representation) 4. Clean Shaven (get $ paid $ to shave our customers love the clean professional look it is now part of our brand) Responsibilities: Mover - Driver - Crew Leader Be On Time Morning equipment & inventory checks Protecting customers residents & furniture from damage Pad wrapping furniture to prevent damages Disassemble & reassemble furniture Packing services Inventory household goods going to storage Loading & unloading trucks, trailers, storages Provide excellent customer service with a great attitude Keep truck, trailers, & equipment clean & neat Follow all policies & safety procedures Team player "together-everyone-accomplishes-more" Pay Range: Experience, Training Completed, & Performance Valuations Helpers $14-$16 Drivers $16-$18 Crew Leaders $17-$20 Estimated pay at $14 - $16 = $20 to $22 hr. average Estimated pay at $17 - $20 = $23 to $26 hr. average Estimate Includes = hourly pay + overtime + avg. tips Ways to Apply: (#1 if interested) - (#2 if questions) - (#3 ready to work, Serious Inquiries) 1.
