Description
No only is this bar trying to get musicians in there to play for free, but I just checked with ASCAP and BMI and it appears they have not purchased a venue license from either organization which would allow them to have live music on the premises. (I didn't bother to check SESAC). Are they too cheap to at least operate within the law?
