I'm hosting a dinner party for some friends this Thursday, May 5, on my roof in a private home in the Castro. Looking for a private chef (plus 1-2 assistants) to cook for 20 people. I have all the seating/dishware/flatware. Appetizer course, salad course, main course and dessert. No need for bartender. Appetizers start at 5:30, dinner at 6:30pm, dinner ends by 8pm, you should be wrapped by 9:30pm or so.
About us: We're an informal group, just various friends getting together for dinner after a long time.
About you: experience cooking for large groups, ideally some restaurant experience.
