Putin invaded Ukraine to avenge Trump’s loss. Trump had reached out to Ukrainian leaders to investigate Biden. When they refused, Trump withheld witholding congressionally approved military aid to Ukraine over the summer "for a policy reason,". When Trump lost the 2020 election, Putin lost it mentality. His dream of breaking up NATO basically dissolved right before his eyes. Then his attention turned to vengeance against Ukraine. That is why Putin invaded Ukraine. His goal is to break up NATO and to take over certain nations to expand his border and to give his dying population a shot in the arm. Russia needs more people and to take over other countries natural resources.
