Rooming House Operator - Live In. The successful candidate for this position must have a source of income, even if it is SSI or something like that. No maintenance experience required Reduced rent in exchange for the following duties: weekly rent collection, show empty units in order to keep building full of paying tenants, keep building clean, take out trash, supervise building, and shovel if needed. If you have maintenance experience, and you are interested in more work, we may have some additional work that the company will pay you for.
