⚡⛏🔧Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grandridge Apartments located at 5439 N 100th Plaza Omaha, NE 68134. 🏢 Up to $20/hr plus up to $1200 in annual bonus and $70 bonus for being on call-Medical, dental, vision, 80hrs pto, 20% off an apartment and so much more. Full-time 40 hours and on-call every 4-5 weeks. Main duties will be prepping make-readies, grounds, service request and other maintenance related duties. Experience is preferred. EPA, HVAC, CPO certifications are preferred. Need to have: Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, pass drug screening, and basic maintenance related experience preferred (painting, cleaning, drywall, light fixtures, bathroom/kitchen plumbing etc) willing to train the right candidates.
