meditation is not an end to be achieve, but a constant awareness of everything about one in one's relationship to things, people and ideas. Achievement implies greed as one desired or seek a reward. Unfortunately one need to be serious in one approach to living, and not get caught up in habits and patterns. Habits and patterns, like a hiking trail, pave a path one seeks; In living, there is no seeking, only the absolute awareness, observation of what is as it is.
