Must have: All tools need Access to manufacturers to purchase the AC Unit Get in work fast and complete in 1-2 days 3+ years experience that I can verify (references + photos) Remove old unit Looking for someone long term for house flip projects that I can consistently give jobs to (1 job per month on average).
