Extremely busy Real Estate Home Remodeling Company seeking Home Remodelers/Renovations Lead and helpers for type of work in the follow areas of house remodeling. Carpentry Floor tiles/laminate /lvt Landscape clean up. Drywall Pressure washing Framing Bathrooms tile and divertors. Light plumbing and electric Punch out list. Anything to do with home remodeling. We are building crews in Ocala, Dunnellon, citrus county and surrounding areas. Wage is hourly or piece work based on experience level.you must prove your skills and that’s done by doing the work. Helpers start at $13-15 hourly. Lead is $20-$25. Or can piece work it. Once each piece work is done, i pay within minutes per Zelle/Venmo. Lead workers Must have OWN TOOLS, Helpers don’t need tools, you can use The lead workers tools. Good transportation and Be RELIABLE! This is full time with option for running your own Crew. Not a deadend position. We remodel houses in entire state of Florida for various hedgefunds and investors. Once you learn our operation, our end goal is to pay piece work per whole house. We are given a descriptive scope along with pictures when starting a home and we do all the work line by line such as painting, drywall repairs, kitchen cabinets,( i order them prebuilt,) doors, electric outlets and gfi”s in wet areas, etc. all these houses are to be repaired to a Market ready Status. Very simple instructions to follow. For trades such as Hvac, Major plumbing, major electric such as panel change outs, roofing, granite tops, We have licensed companies to handle this. You must take pride in your work. Bathroom wall tile must be all even no waves, edges must be straight! Painting,must be able to cut fine lines, spraying must tape up well to avoid overspray.
