Interested in learning how to transform homes? Come learn how! (Internship) The ideal candidate is a current college student or recent graduate looking to get hands on experience in real estate. My team and I buy properties that need a “face lift” and make them beautiful again. I personally specialize in analyzing the project and managing it, and do a fair amount of the work myself. I’m looking for someone who wants to learn on the job and doesn’t mind getting dirty. This role may include demolition, painting, tiling, hauling junk, driving for long distances, and I’ll probably have more work for you if you’d consider “crashing” at the job site overnight sometimes. Warning: Real Estate renovation is physically demanding. I work long hours often 15 hours in a day. I pick up materials from Home Depot, lowes, etc. And haul it up and down stairs as needed. I move stoves and refrigerators by myself. This is not a job for someone physically fragile, or for someone who is afraid of hard work. You don’t need to be moving big stuff by yourself but you should be willing to move smaller stuff. Pay: Negotiable. I’m really looking for someone who sees the value in the experience but I may be able to offer bonuses as we complete projects and as you learn to take on more responsibilities. I currently work for free so I’m ideally looking for someone who has the same goal-oriented vision that I do.
