Mulch Removal

I have an area in the back of my yard I need mulch removed from. I have landscape cloth underneath, so very easy job for two people. Mulch is being dumped over my fence adjacent to the area its being removed from. Maybe 2 hours of work for 2 people. Let me know what you would need to get this done.
