This class will include awesome self-care and focus techniques, plus discussion of anatomy, energy, bodymechanics and the body-mind connection. Shelby will offer a massage demonstration using specific techniques that combine elements of guided meditation, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and myofascial release, with a focus on the upper body. After a lunch hour, we’ll begin hands-on trades. Shelby will be available to observe and give feedback throughout the practice. Each therapist will have 90 minutes to receive massage from another practitioner in the group, with a 30 minute break afterward.
