(RCCU) and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Rho Chi Zeta Chapter of Chester, PA for the 1st Annual Spring Community Fair in Chester, PA. Connect with local vendors, community partners and families as we kick off the summer! This event is free to attend. Vending opportunities available. About the Event Organizers Rho Chi Zeta Chapter ("Rho Chi Zeta") is part of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated--a 102-year-old "community conscious, action-oriented" international organization committed to the betterment of the African American community. Rho Chi Zeta was chartered in Chester, PA in May 2000, serving the Delaware County, PA community for the past 21 years. Rho Chi Zeta establishes programming and provides incentives to benefit, educate and empower the Delaware County community in a myriad of ways--including, but not limited to, youth mentorship, scholarships, elder care initiatives and voter activism. In 2020, Rho Chi Zeta established Rho Chi Community UPLIFT, Inc. ("RCCU") -- a Pennsylvania non-profit organization. The mission of RCCU is to provide support for the philanthropic efforts of Rho Chi Zeta in Delaware County.
