This 2 day hands-on workshop will dive into immediate implants from the Anterior Aesthetic to Molars sites and the Art of Provisionals. Immediate implants placement into extraction sockets is a viable treatment alternative for our patients. However, there are many potential short and particularly long-term risks which the practitioner must be fully aware of. This Course will focus on optimizing the esthetics for implants placed in the esthetic zone from both surgical and prosthetic aspects. We will discuss atraumatic extraction techniques, socket management, implant placement techniques to minimize tissue loss and more. In addition to that, a step by step technique in fabrication of provisional restorations and custom tissue formers and the importance of that in the preservation of post-extraction tissue. Attended will learn about: -Atraumatic Extraction techniques in the esthetic zone -Socket management and bone grafting in esthetic zone -Esthetic analysis for dental implant cases -Restorative treatment planning -Surgical treatment planning -Guided surgery options and techniques -Soft tissue development via provisional restorations and custom tissue formers -Abutment/ and Final prosthesis selection criteria -Management of esthetic failures and complications. This course will have a hands-on portion where attendees will use models to perform: -Socket Management with and without buccal bone dehiscence -Immediate Implant Placement -Utilization of guided surgery in implant placement -Soft and hard tissue grafting around immediate implants -Fabrication of provisional restorations and Custom healing abutments.
