Join MECHA Fitness at the St. Julien Hotel this Summer for Silent Disco Style Workout Classes. Enjoy a FREE Mimosas or Coffee after class! MECHA Fitness and Sound Off Colorado Present: Mimosas with MECHA at the St. Julien Hotel this Summer on Saturday Mornings at 9am. Only $10 will get you the headset needed for class and a FREE Mimosa or Coffee after class. Taught by the very talented teachers of MECHA. The class will be a combination of MECHA-style cardio and strength. We will perform various squats, lunges, core work and upper body work. Simply bring your own mat, and a water bottle. We will provide the resistance bands, music headsets, and workout fun. See you there!
