Join The Aviary Girls and The Cornichon for a night of Crafts and Charcuterie. Join The Aviary Girls and The Cornichon for a night of Crafts and Charcuterie. Once you purchase your ticket, you will connect with Lindsey of The Aviary Girls to choose from multiple designs and color options for the board you will create. Regina of The Cornichon will be teaching a "how to" class of sorts. You will learn about board design and layout as well as the basics of cheese and pairing, and how to cut and present certain cheeses, meats and fruits. You will discuss "Gateway Cheeses" and learn how to choose more adventurous cheeses for your future boards. Tickets include: - Choice of craft board and supplies - Education of Meats and Cheeses with layout details and materials for making (and Eating!) your own plate that evening -Complementary glass of Bubbly or Wine (Cash Bar available)
