Perfect for a party or afternoon snack, cupcakes are beaded with whipped cream and sprinkled with pink granulated sugar like silver beads to material Fermented unsalted cream 110g confectionary sugar 80g salt 2g Normal temperature medium eggs 2 aluminum-free baking powder 1 teaspoon low-gluten flour 170g fresh milk 150ml animal cream 200g confectionary sugar 20g sugar silver beads appropriate amount of colored confectionary sugar (sugar flower) appropriate amount of donuts 12 practice step1 1 Make the cupcake body preheat the oven and turn the heat up and down 180 degrees tower fermentation Unsalted cream at room temperature to soften. Add caster sugar and beat with electric whisk until the cream is light and fluffy step2 2 Once the eggs are beaten, add them in batches and beat well step3 3 Add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix with the milk in batches step4 4 This completes the basic plain cupcake batter step5 5 Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake tin in an even order, and fill the tin with a spoon for about 8-9 minutes step6 6 Lightly tap the tin and place it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on personal oven temperature) step7 7 Once out of the oven, remove the cupcakes and set aside step8 8 Use tower brand animal cream and confectioners' sugar and beat with electric whisk step9 9 Pour whipped cream in a non-flowing state (about 8-9 dispensed) step10 10 Pour whipped cream into a piping bag. Using a circular piping nozzle, decorate the chilled cupcake surface in the shape of pearls step11 11 Decorate with your favorite chocolate and sprinkle with silver beads and sugar flowers step12 12 Like a pearl jewel box, shimmering step13 13 The finished product
