1980's Summer Bash & Barbeque Celebrating Memories The official Date for the 2022 Summer Bash is Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 2 pm to 12 am Let's Party like Rock Stars and feel comftorable knowing that, after a couple beers, shots, glasses of wine or non- alcoholic beverages, everyone should be 100% comfy with big, ass smiles on all our faces! You’re invited: The Buzzetti’s, Reunion Summer Bash Classes 1982-1989 and current friends on Facebook When: Saturday, July 23, 2022 Time: 2:00 pm to 12:00am ( ***Rain Date: Saturday, July 30th 2:00pm -10:00pm. ***I believe refunds are available through Eventbite *if you cannot make the event or rain date. However, for some reason i think it will be 100% Sunny, about 84 degrees with low humidity! :) Where 26 Pine Glen Drive Blauvelt NY 10913 -up to 400 reservations and tickets will be accepted. What you can expect at this unforgettable event: 70's and 80's Cover band(s), DJ, 70's 80's music including some Beatles. *See sample play ist below. 4 outdoor bars 1 indoor sports bar, Outdoor pool with slide, Jacuzzi, 4 barbecues, Self-serve buffet area, 4 Bars Seating area with tables, dance floor. kegs of beer, Appetizers, salads, lobster tails, steaks, chicken ribs, burgers, dogs, & more. *Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Dress is 100% casual. Rules: Update to Rules: Update to Rules: *If anyone that may not be capable to afford to buy a ticket to the event because of financial problems. and is an old friend, we will privately buy a ticket for you. Please PM me and do not be ashamed. Please understand the main reason why we are collecting a nominal $25 is to calculate the number of attendees for catering, beverages, supplies. liquor, seating, security, and other logistics. Furthermore, these tickets were created, to also, obviously to prevent people (the general public) (or Rif Raf) that had no association with our friends from back in the days, or present friends of mine, from coming to this private summer bash event. Furthermore, Eventbrite allows you, for legal purposes, to prevent and mitigate legal issues, if someone slips and falls because they are drinking excessively and/or (sneaks their car around the corner,)(drnks and drives and has an accident), (god forgive) we need to be protected. Furthermore, 100% of these funds will be donated to a licensed non-profit, run by one of our fellow classmates, who is the founder of A Partnership for Change, a non profit organization, licensed (501C3) that helps in reducing domestic violence and many other causes. In other words, we are paying for 100% of the event. including taxis Ubers and Lyfts when leaving the event which. after all is said and done, the total average cost, per attendee could be from $85 to $200 a person. depending on the price of food, service, transportation and entertainment. . Also many people asked me whether they can bring their spouses, yes you may, but what happens in Blauvelt (Vegas) stays in Blauvelt (Vegas)...Just kidding .. 🤣 Also, to buy tickets Facebook will allow you to synch into Eventbrite, if you are unable to do that just simply use your Gmail to get your tickets at https://www.eventbrite.com/ Please understand, having a party at my home is an immense responsibility & undertaking. This comes with risks. This event is a 100% judgement-free zone . We will have a security team of 12 - 20, provided by a security company. This security group will be vigilant in providing a safe fun atmosphere for all attendees. This team of security, will do it's very best, in preventing any overindulging, and drinking and driving to ensure a fun. safe time for everyone. We strongly encourage you to take a taxi, Uber or Lyft to the event. Even if you are not indulging, we will make sure, you all will get home safely. If driving, you must leave your keys with security- Security will collect car keys upon entrance and have breathalyzers, upon exit to receive keys. No one will be allowed to drive and receive their keys back unless they pass the breathalyzer. If any ticket holders do not pass the breathalyzer you will receive your keys back upon getting into your free taxi, Uber or Lyft ride home. We will be pre-paying for waiting taxis, Ubers, and or Lyft’s as needed. Our goal is to provide a great time and keep everyone safe. Life is too short, so let's be responsible. A fun and memorable, safe experience will ensure we can repeat, this fun event in the future. Agreement for all Attendees *As stated having a party at my home is an immense responsibility & undertaking. This comes with risks. Therefore, when you purchase tickets you and the attendees must legally, hold the owner of the residence ALB Apparel LLC and its managing member, Glen Buzzetti, and the residence, located at 26 Pine Glen Drive Blauvelt, NY 10913, 100% harmless of any health issues that may arise including but not limited to drinking alcoholic beverages, which you voluntarily, may consume. Furthermore, by buying ticket(s) you and any attendees understand and agree to hold harmless, ALB Apparel LLC, it's managing member Glen Buzzetti, and the residence hosting the event, located at 26 Pine Glen Drive Blauvelt, NY 10913. against any legal or criminal action, due to drinking and driving, or any other illegal activity. such as recreational drug use, as these activities, are 100% strictly prohibited. If any attendees do not abide by the rules they will be asked to leave or will not be allowed to enter the premises. All rights reserved. Any part of this agreement that may be deemed invalid, and may not be legally enforceable, the remainder of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. This agreement will be valid in the County of Rockland and the Stae of NY By purchasing tickets through Eventbrite to this event you are agreeing to the rules, terms and conditions in this agreement. *WE STRESS, DO NOT OVERINDULGE, AND RECREATIONAL DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.. All attendees will be asked to sign a hold harmless agreement through Eventbrite. ***All proceeds to this event will be donated to a Charitable Cause *Important: I’m grateful to my father who passed in 2013. and although not a perfect dad ,However Al bert F Buzzetti. known as big Al, instilled in me the importance of giving back and helping the underprivlaged, and those not as fortunate as ourselves. Myself and my businesses have given to dozens of charities over the years. With that in mind, I’m not taking any funds for this reunion and summer bash We are donating to a wonderful charity. Entry for this great time will only cost you $25 which you can complete on Eventbrite. All donations will be made to: A Partnership For Change. A NJ non-profit dedicated to ending domestic violence. Founded by one of our classmates. Once your, ticket with a ticket stub you should save to your mobile device by screen capping or taking a photo of your ticket off your computer. It will be nice just for everyone to reminisce and share the great memories we all had together.
