A-Team Delaware members will gather at the Tatnall Building before going to Legislative Hall to meet with State Senators and Reps. LOCATION: FIRST FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, TATNALL BUILDING PARKING: Please see the map located at this link. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THIS LOCATION BY 10:45 AM. AFTER 11 AM, NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE ROOM. AGENDA: A moment of silence will be observed for the DSPs and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have lost their lives to COVID.The President of A-Team Delaware’s Board of Directors, Liz O’Neill, and the President of Ability Network’s Board, Verna Hensley will review the talking points for full funding of the DDDS DSP Rate System, as required by the McNesby Act.Representative Kendra Johnson will be honored with A-Team USA's award as an “All Star Champion for Choice.” Senator Laura Sturgeon will be honored as Ability Network of Delaware's 2021 Legislative Champion.Other legislators who are present will be recognized and thanked for their support for full funding.Following the gathering at the Tatnall Building participants will go to Legislative Hall to meet with legislators with whom they have scheduled meetings.
