This month's topic is How to Identify and Embrace Your Strengths with Victoria Schaefer. Victoria Schaefer, Ed.D. has spent her professional and academic career specializing on the intersection of people, processes, and technology. As a skilled change agent, Dr. Schaefer’s career has been focused on building and improving core business operations through multi-disciplinary perspectives. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Semper Solaris Services, Inc. Prior to, served as Principal at Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC supporting Federal Agency operations including Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center Command (SWRMC) for the US Department of Defense, and Financial Center for the US Department of Homeland Security (FINCEN). Additionally, Dr. Schaefer serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching within the Department of Leadership and Human Resources at National University. Dr. Schaefer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University, a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. 5:00pm-6:00pm: social happy hour 6:00pm-7:30pm: speaker series
