Found Black Cat

Description

Black, short hair, not sure of the sex, found with a bell collar but no contact information. As far as I can tell there's no white markings. Very friendly, not sure if it's lost or an outdoor cat, was found crying in my backyard. Will see about checking for a microchip tomorrow.
