Join us for a day of wellness as we unplug and nurture our mind, body and souls through conversation and therapeutic movement! Ebb & Flow: “a recurrent or rhythmical pattern of coming and going or decline and regrowth” InnerLight Holistic and Birth by Grace Midwifery present the Ebb & Flow Wellness Day Retreat. On this day, we will UNPLUG and TAP IN to nurture our minds, bodies and souls by honoring the beautiful waves of our femininity.. Through stillness, movement, necessary discussion and reflection of our physical, emotional and mental well being, we will gather for a day, to focus on our whole selves. Our dynamic panel of professional speakers and presenters will share their gifts and guide us through intentional conversations in their areas of expertise. We hope you join us!
