Ride the Green Fairy with Illusion Absinthe! Absinthe prepared at your table in the traditional manner with chilled water dripping over a sugar cube into a Pontarlier glass. Experience the Green Fairy -- or maybe just have a delicious cocktail. Seatings for 2 to 4 people. $10 per drink. Additional absinthe cocktails available, as well as cocktails from our other spirits, for sale on premises. Bottle sales also available. Later, add to your fun evening with a concert at Music on Main Street at 7 pm. featuring Absynthe Makes the Art Garfunkel, a Tribute to Simon and Garfunkel band. $15 with your Absinthe Experience ticket; $20 at the gate.
