Finger Weaving is part of the SCDNR Archaeology Summer Series. This hands-on program is free and designed for kids ages 8 - 18 years old.
Finger Weaving is a hands-on activity that teaches participants how to weave without the assistance of a loom. Participants will be able to try their hands at finger weaving by making a woven keychain out of yarn that they can take home.
All supplies for this hands-on activity are provided. The program will take place under a tent in the garden of Parker Annex Archaeology Center. Parents and guardians must remain with minors at all times.
