Hosted JCI Santa Clarita & Jenny Ketchepaw Join JCI Santa Clarita for our first leadership training event of the new year! This training is open to members AND non-members...so bring your friends, family and colleagues! We have "StrengthsFinders 2.0!" Research shows that the general population relies on their strengths only 20% of the time, with high-performance teams that number moves closer to 75% of the time. Why is that? The general population tends to focus on what they don't do well. Strengths Finders 2.0 helps you discover what you naturally do best, learn how to develop your greatest talents, and teach how to work better as a team. Helping you focus on your natural talents and exhibit the skillfulness of high-performance teams! This training event will be led by Jenny Ketchepaw - an amazing trainer. She is currently a Vice President of Talent Engagement within the Banking Industry. Jenny has had many roles within the Jaycees, including JCI Santa Clarita Chapter President and is a Senator of the California Jaycees (highest honor available at the state level). Cost is $30 for non-members and $20 for JCI Santa Clarita members.
