Description

Each week the Running Edge 305 hosts Saturday morning 5k run/walks highlighting various neighborhoods throughout Miami. Our Mission The Running Edge is committed to promoting a healthier lifestyle and building strong communities through running. We assist and support runners of all levels, with techniques, strategies, best practices, and a positive mindset, in order to meet their running potential. Our Approach We believe in the power community, therefore we invite runners and walkers of all levels to join us. There will always be someone next to you, to support you and make sure you complete your journey safely. Each week we run in a different neighborhood as a way to give variety and share our love for fitness with the community. It's also a way to learn the layout of the land if you're not a Miami native; or have never taken the time to explore other communities.
