Mandatory Phase I Outdoor Water Use Restrictions are in effect in Mansfield May 1st through Sept. 30th.
Lawn & garden watering is permitted on Odd/Even days (based on house number).
Hour of day for watering is limited to 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Watering by hand held hose is permitted anytime.
Customers who install a complete new lawn between the restriction period (May-September) may obtain a limited time special lawn watering permit.
