NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for DWI for the week ending April 28. All charges are merely accusations. Elizabeth J. Bickard, 25, of Bethpage, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on Grant Avenue in Farmingdale on April 23.Ivo E. Von Glasenapp Enciso, 34, of Massapequa, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the Taco Bell on Sunrise Highway in Seaford on April 24.Gabriella Loguerico, 33, of West Babylon, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Van Cott Avenue in Farmingdale on April 24.Tracy Hoagland, 49, of Massapequa Park, was arrested on Unqua Road in Massapequa on April 26.
