October is Dental Hygiene Month - thinking not a coincidence of landing on the same month as Halloween!!
* Friendly reminder to consistently maintain brushing and flossing routines, even if we are living behind masks these days.
* Drink plenty of water and consider using a tongue scraper to help with BAD BREATH and remove any excess food debris from the tongue.
