2 Cars Stolen Within 4 Hours In Wheaton: Cops

WHEATON, IL — Two running cars were stolen within hours of one another from two separate locations in Wheaton on April 18. A Ford Transit was stolen from a driveway in the 1300 block of Roosevelt Road. The victim told police they had left their car running and unattended when it was stolen sometime between 5:45 a.m. and 6 a.m. A second car was stolen from the parking lot of the UPS store at 20 Danada Square West. Police say the Honda Pilot had been left running when it was stolen around 9:36 a.m. Anyone with information about these incidents is encouraged to contact the Wheaton Police Department at 630-260-2161.
