LOS ANGELES — Legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne has tested positive for COVID-19, his wife, Sharon Osbourne, revealed in a video Thursday. The video was shared on the Twitter account of "The Talk UK," Sharon's new talk show. In tears, Sharon said she planned to return to the United States to be with her husband. In the emotional interview, Sharon also said she is "very worried about Ozzy right now." "We've gone two years without him catching COVID, and it's just Ozzy's luck that he would get it now," Sharon said. The former Black Sabbath frontman's bout with COVID-19 is the latest in a series of health issues he has faced in recent years. In 2020, Ozzy revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Rolling Stone reported. Before that, he underwent surgery related to a nasty fall, during which he contracted a potentially fatal staph infection. At one point, the rocker jokingly credited Satan for helping him avoid COVID-19, according to Rolling Stone. "My wife had the virus; my daughter had the virus and I never got it," he said. "Being a devil worshipper does have its good points!"
