Wanted; 1 cup of "garden-pond water", or.. H2O plant

I would like to get a cup(s) of garden pond water, which is to be collected from a pond to deliberately capture plenty of very tiny (...plus it's corresponding microbial biology) acuatic organisms, for the purpose of populating my small aquarium, which I intend to keep uncovered, and out at my porch. (I am hoping to eventually get to view its microscopic organisms with a microscope, and I want to document/& to photograph what I find, as a hobby for myself ! So, I want to only add the types of organisms who can easily tolerate/assimilate to our Orange County, CA winter temperatures as well, since I shall always keep this aquarium at my porch, out there. And, aside from that, I would like to also correspond with someone who I can get one or two very hardy acuatic plants from, which can be expected to thrive even with the O.C. winter temperatures outside. And, I am hoping to only pay mostly for the transportation cost/delivery expense, so if You will be considering bringing either of these things to me, then please let me know how much You feel is worth it for You. My intentions are to grow very many wild, indigenous vegetation, such as weeds and bushes, authentically corresponding to 92804/Orange County, Ca. Yet, to that I wish to add that small aquarium, as well as two bird feeds. And, if i may, I would like to suggest to everyone who can to add to your yards at least as much wild vegetation as possible so as to contribute towards the indigenous natural/wild life. And, that way You shall be able to feel that You, too, are proactively contributing towards our natural/necessary ecosystems/nature, because that was really meant to "be" and, as an member of the ecosystem You need to proactively do Your part. (Ask for assistance/many can't wait to help You, too ! ! ! )
