General Maintenance Position

We're Looking to fill one full-time, and one part-time position with someone who has (at least) mid-level handyman skills. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing & carpentry are a plus. Experience and ease with customer interaction a plus. Duties at residential and commercial properties include apartment turnovers, painting, snow removal, appliance trouble shooting, fall & spring clean ups. Some flexibility in schedule. Pay is very competitive based on your level of experience with a family-owned company. *Note this is a job for an individual. We are not looking to outsource a professional maintenance company.
