We are a Licensed General Contracting Company looking for experienced project manager to manage a subdivision new construction land development project for immediate hire. Candidate must have great experience with new construction land development operations - storm drain system, water system, sanitary/sewer system. Candidate must also have a general knowledge of EPA and BMP in relation to new construction. Must have own transportation and ability to effectively interpret construction site development drawings. Having a GSWCC certificate (minimum blue card) will be an added advantage.
