Press release from the Stoughton Public Schools: December 9, 2020 Dear SPS Parents/Guardians- "As mentioned on Monday, we are asking you to confirm the learning mode choice for each of your student(s) for Phase One of our path to in-person learning beginning January 19, 2021. The Confirmation Form explains Phase One more clearly and includes a link to a set of slides providing even more details (including transportation) about Phase One. We've also provided space to ask additional questions if needed. It is very important that parents/guardians fill out this form as soon as possible so administrators have accurate information for each student. Please complete this form by Monday, December 14th. If families do not fill out this form, students will remain in their current Cohort."
