STOUGHTON, MA — Police have arrested a juvenile they said fatally shot a Randolph teen outside a Stoughton condominium complex. Christian Vines, 17, was shot and killed last month while sitting in his car out the Walnut Park complex on Jones Terrace. Around 6:45 p.m., Friday, police arrested a juvenile at the Wrentham Outlets and charged them with murder. Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey said police were called to the Walnut Park complex on July 21. When officers arrived, residents directed them to a silver Honda in the parking lot, where police found Vines suffering from gunshot wounds. Stoughton police said Vines was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, where he succumbed to his injuries. No information identifying the juvenile was released. They are expected to be arraigned in Stoughton District Court Monday.
