What You'll Do- Your responsibilities will include helping with the management of our fleet, which includes boat maintenance and cleaning as well as communicating and working with club members, crew, instructors, and vendors. Based upon your skills and aptitude this position offers great future growth opportunities. Some of What You'll Need to Get the Job Done- Have some knowledge of small to mid range sailboats, including plumbing and electrical systems, sails and standing rigging or a strong desire to learn. Sailboat detailing experience or ability to learn. Ability and willingness to work weekends. Be a self-starter who foresees what needs to be done and is resourceful. Enjoy working in a very social setting with a wonderful community of members. Have a strong attention to detail and very organized. Motivated to learn, critical thinker, and problem solver. Reliable and punctual. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. What You’ll Love About Us - We believe that culture matters!
