STOUGHTON, MA — Three teenagers, including a 17-year-old Stoughton boy, were arrested Friday after Boston police said the teens robbed a food delivery driver at gunpoint.
Around 4:40 p.m., Boston police were called to the 500th block of Columbia Road after reports of an armed robbery. The man told police one of the teens pointed a gun at his head, while the other two stole his belongings.
Police searched the area and found a hole in a fence near the house the driver was delivering to. The hole led officer to the back of a home in the 200th block of Brunswick Street, where police said they saw a teen looking out the third-floor window. Police said they found the three teens there, and two of them were in possession of the delivery driver's stolen property.
Officers were granted a search warrant, and police said they found a handgun with 11 rounds of ammunition and a large capacity feeding device.
The Stoughton teen was charged with armed robbery and trespassing, as were two 17-year-old boys from Brighton and Mattapan. The Brighton teen was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
