501c3 seeks vacant lot for community garden and library

Hello, we are a registered 501c3 public charity, which needs space to rent for a new gardening initiative! We would like to place raised beds and such on a piece of land that needs more love. We're looking to find something for a couple hundred a month; lack of water is OK, we really just need the land. We will be doing our part to improve the neighborhood, which will benefit from our presence in ways beyond just the provision of food; we plan to put a library and tool share shed, among other things, as part of the garden project.
