Area to drain biodegradable soapy water. (Garden hose slow drainage) Easy access for customers to drop off and pick up dogs. Able to run generator for a few hours a day. (Not any louder than a lawn mower) Access to a restroom would be appreciated but not a deal breaker. I am fully licensed and insured for my business and have been grooming for over 10 years.
