Duties: Assist in processing dried cannabis flower after harvest Follow company procedure to remove leaf and stem, creating a finished product ready for our packaging team Clean workspace and tools on a daily basis Follow company procedures for time tracking your working hours. Requirements: Must have an active state issued cannabis worker permit which includes a fingerprint background check processed by the Cannabis Control Division Get yours here: Must be willing and able to commute to farm location Within 30 minutes of Bozeman. Shuttling and carpooling may be available. Must be willing and able to commit to a consistent schedule We let you pick your schedule; YOU are accountable for sticking to it! There is full time work available from mid July until November/December (part time schedules are also possible) Self motivated We are one of the few companies in the area that is still willing to pay on a weight production basis. This means you get paid for how much you do, and it is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. Our best trimmers make $30+ per hour. Must take direction well We expect all employees to live up to company standards. We will coach you on how to meet them. Previous trimming experience Preferably in a high volume, production driven operation.
