Offering position as groundskeeper plus various tasks relating to property maintenance to person who understands what real work means. Multiple properties need attention. Work includes mowing with various types of mowers, hard and soft landscaping, fruit and nut tree care, pond care, woods maintenance requiring chainsaw use, maintenance of equipment, assisting with various building projects and maintenance, etc. Will train right person who truly wants to earn their pay. Tobacco and drug free properties. Driver's license required. All tools and equipment supplied by owner. Full or part time. Weekly cash payment.
