I have a 2br/2ba apt and my roommate is moving out soon. The room has a huge closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, it’s own bathroom, on the opposite side of the apt from my room so it’s a great setup. Everything I have in the apt you can use, all you’d need is bedroom furniture. I just don’t have any pics of the room because with my roommate packing it’s a mess. lol $800 Rent includes ALL utilities. The apt complex has two pools, a hot tub, a fitness center and centrally located to a lot of necessary businesses. It’s only a 15-20 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip and a little further to downtown Las Vegas. I’m a 59 year old, really cool guy that’s on disability due to surgery I had so I spend a LOT of time at home. lol I’m quiet, near, clean, very respectful and prefer a female roommate.
