Boomer guitarist in Sussex County, NJ, many years experience, looking for likeminded guitarist for possible band project down the road. I'm busy all summer with gigs, so fall would be a good time to get serious about a real band, but we can jam and plan now and see if we have a vibe. I'm into straight-up 60's and 70's rock, blues/rock, blues. R&B, jangle/rock, psych, 60's garage rock, and bands like The Beatles, Byrds, Stones, Buffalo Springfield, Who, Kinks, Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac, Yardbirds, and much more. I play six and twelve string electric, Open G like Keith Richards, a little slide, a bit of blues harp, and sing the occasional lead vocal and backup vocals. Ideally, you play rhythm and lead (if you play just rhythm and sing, that's fine), sing lead and backups, have good gear, dedication, are substance-free, and have the willingness to get together regularly to build a song list, with a lack of ego and attitude. I've been around the block a few times lately with goofballs who either smoke too much weed, have too many commitments, or flake out.
