Chihuahua puppy needs to be rehomed

We have a teacup chihuahua puppy that we need to find a loving, caring home for. He’s going on 12 weeks. He is very playful, sweet, and cuddly. He has a medium coat, and eats a mix of soft food and dry dog food. Sometimes we feed him grilled chicken as well. We’d love to keep him, but we aren’t able to with our other pets. He uses doggy indoor potty papers. He is not neutered. We will be picking a home based on a good fit, and we will not be giving him to someone who will not keep him, and love and care for him.
