Ok, listen up, I love that old school country, Haggard with some Parsons, mixed with the look, the vibe, the real true sound. Only new country band I can think of is Midland, that sounds close to my vision. I picture something sorta like that, 3 dudes, maybe 4, cool old school rhinestone outfits, walk into the show looking like a badass, treat everyone like gold, build a friendship type of following, drinkers, loners, lovers, hipsters, outcasts, whatever! We write some tunes, 3 chords and some hooks, maybe even some ZZ Top esque synchronized stage moves. Shit that aint been seen in in FLA. I play in a local original rock band in Tampa, so this would be my side project, but a serious thing!!!! Not looking to break into the bigtime, just looking to do something cool, maybe build a little following, do some shows, get a few National openers, create a buzz, and look cool as hell like Gram would do!!! Age, well, I'm older, but not OLD!!!! Been there done that, record deals blah blah blah, I play good, and look cool, lets do something unlike F L A !
