House Cleaners Needed For Furnished Rental Apartments- $100 Each Clean

We are a small short-term rental company looking for experienced cleaners to clean and turn over our short term rentals after guests have stayed in one of our furnished apartments. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The following are some of the general duties: -Cleaning the kitchen, and washing dishes -Cleaning and wiping down appliances such as the oven, stove, microwave, and fridge -Wiping and Dusting all areas including baseboards, windows, and window blinds -Washing the bathroom, toilet, sink, and shower - Mopping hard wood floors -Vacuuming -Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, handles, and high touch areas to comply with standard COVID cleaning requirements -Taking out trash -Restocking and refilling various items such as coffee, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion -Doing laundry - Ex: Towels, Sheets, blankets, and bath mat (the apartments have a washer and dryer) -Changing bed sheets and towels -Taking inventory of house supplies that need restocking We pay $100 for each cleaning job. You are welcome to clean by yourself or bring a helper.
