Rehoming Pomchi

My family is looking to rehome our 6+(ish) year old male Pomchi (Pomeranian and chihuahua mix). He is fully vaccinated, neutered and in good health. Can provide vet information and vaccination records. He comes with a dog crate, collar, leash and food. About Jack the Pomchi. My mom has had Jack since he was a puppy and was crate trained. Once he got older, about one or two years old, we sent him to a board and train as he was still peeing inside. I believe Jack was better after training. Fast forward and my mom got a second much larger dog. They get along great and there are no issues between the two in terms of fighting. They do play together despite the size difference and it’s quite comical. However, I believe this is when Jack became territorial and started peeing & pooing inside again. He’s a good dog aside from that. He is a little shadow by always following you, gets very excited when he sees his people(spins and does down dog to let you know how excited he is) loves to sit in your lap and is pretty chill, but can be temperamental if he doesn’t get his way. Jack knows all the basic commands. Sit, down, come, stay and crate. I think Jack just needs a new home. He is not thriving in his current household. I’d prefer him go to someone with small dog experience. He can go to a household with other dogs or be a single dog household. I’m not sure how he is with small children or cats. He can hold his own with large dogs but would rather not if given the option. If interested please reach out. Serious inquiries only and there is a small rehoming fee to insure he goes to a good home.
