We are a basement company that is seeking a professional painting company for our upcoming basements. The last painter we tried, we had to let go in the middle of the job for not having quality workmanship. When it comes to painting, you know as we do is something you can't mess up on as everyone will see it. We do higher-end basements, so we are seeking the following: Someone who shows up when they say they will Someone who is very customer service friendly Someone who is extremely good at their job Someone who works clean and does not leave a mess If you are missing any of the above qualities, please continue your job search. On the other hand, if you can provide all four items above, I invite you to apply. To apply, please provide the following. 1. A brief intro about you and your company. 2. How your process works from start to finish. 3. How do you price your jobs? (by the basement size, by the coats, etc.) 4. If you have any pics of your recent jobs, that would be nice to see. 5. Do you spray, roll, etc.? When you come into one of our basements, the drywall will be freshly textured, ready for primer. The trim will be complete. It will be your task to fill the nail holes and paint the trim. The only flooring will be the tiled areas, such as the bathroom floor, which will need to be covered, and any windows. The rest of the space will be bare concrete; no carpet will be in yet.
