Looking for some help with cleaning and light refurbishment of rental town home for sale or possible rent. Tasks may include yard work, housework, cleaning, moving items, painting and potential remodel assist.
Expect initially to be 5-7 hours each day for four or five days. Renters leave on May 1st so I will have a better idea after that. First day is Monday May 2nd and then every day after that with likely one or two days off during the week.
Pay is $16 an hour. Email with contact information. Best if you give some background info and a contact number. Must have own transportation or live within 4 miles of the intersection of 17th and Hover in Longmont.
